Guide to the Tarot
Explore the ancient wisdom of Tarot. Learn the meanings of all 78 cards organized by Arcana and suit.
A Brief History
The Tarot originated in mid-15th century Italy as a card game known as tarocchini. It wasn't until the late 18th century that it began to be used for divination and occult purposes.
The deck is structured into two main parts: the Major Arcana (22 cards representing significant life lessons and archetypal themes) and the Minor Arcana (56 cards representing day-to-day events).
Today, Tarot is widely used as a tool for self-reflection, mindfulness, and understanding the subconscious mind. It serves as a mirror, reflecting the energies surrounding a situation and offering guidance on how to navigate them.
